Sweco Energy Experts Shortlisted For Young Professionals Green Energy Awards

12 May 2017
The Sweco energy team has been recognised in Scottish Renewables’ Young Professionals Green Energy Awards, with two award nominations.

Caitlin Turner, based in Glasgow, has been shortlisted in the ‘Project Manager’ category, while Euan Brownlie, based in Edinburgh, is in contention for the ‘Achiever’ award.

Caitlin’s work on projects for investor clients, such as Foresight and The Ingenious Group, led to her being selected as a finalist in the Project Manager category.

Euan was shortlisted for his outstanding personal development and growth during his time at the company and his contributions to the renewables sector in Scotland over the last two years.

Andy King, head of the energy business unit at Sweco, said: “Both Euan and Caitlin are richly deserving of being shortlisted for these prestigious awards, which showcase the very best talent within the Scottish renewables sector.

“Their inclusion as finalists further indicates the commitment Sweco has to its clients and the level of expertise within the company. We wish Euan and Caitlin every success for the awards night.”

The awards were launched in 2015 to showcase the range of fresh talent in the Scottish renewables sector.

The duo will discover if they have been successful at a ceremony held at Glasgow Science Centre on May 25.
