We are thrilled to share some exciting news regarding the launch of the PrismArch project. An amazing collaboration project funded by the European Commission. The aim of the project is to investigate, analyse and develop a comprehensive project presentation in Virtual Reality (VR).

Regarding this project, Peter Hale, Buildings Operations Director said, “We are delighted to be working on this important R&D project. We believe it to be a great opportunity to investigate solutions which will improve the experience for our clients. Research is an important aspect of industry evolution and we at Sweco are proud to invest our expertise in defining such a future.”

Arun Selvaraj, Executive Engineer and Project Lead added, “We have been investigating the feasibility of integrating VR into our workflows for quite some time now and have implemented it in many projects. The response from our clients has been both encouraging and promising. We are thrilled to be a part of the initiative.”

“Using VR ensures our clients get a real feel and understanding of how their buildings will be and evolve throughout the design stages. The use of such technology will enhance project sustainability and the client experience”, said Oussama Yousfi, a senior engineer on the project team.
