Asset Management

Asset Management converts the aims of an organisation into the practical implications for acquiring, creating, maintaining, disposing or renewing assets to deliver those aims. Sweco's asset management practice helps clients to deliver the maximum value from their fixed assets: people, finance, equipment, technology, land, buildings or structures, to enable the highest possible standards of service delivery, within risk and financial constraints. We are approved as endorsed assessor by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) for PAS 55 and ISO 55000.

Identifying the right instrumentation for your business needs is a complex process, and Sweco offers technical ability combined with understanding of your business, to offer consultancy advice you can rely on.

Sweco has in-depth knowledge of the extraction, treatment and transfer processes required for efficient running of water utility companies.

Over the last 10 years, we have installed, tested and commissioned many thousands of RTU’s and their associated instrumentation. This has included a full range of instrumentation (such as level, flow, pressure, quality, analytical etc.) as well as interfacing to plant control systems such as MCCs.

We combine this with our knowledge of the interface to collect data from the associated plant and processes via the instrumentation used within both water and sewage treatment plants.
