Notting Hill Genesis partnered with the Greater London Authority (GLA) for Gallions 3B project, a residential development of a former brownfield site in the Royal Docks area of London. Bounded by the River Thames, the new development will feature 238 residential units, of which 50% will be affordable housing.
Sweco’s transport planners produced a suite of documents to support the development’s planning application, which was submitted in spring 2018. The Transport Assessment, Servicing Plan, Travel Plan and Delivery outlined the potential for a sustainable addition to the emerging waterfront community.
Planning Permission was granted in 2018.
