Notting Hill Housing and St. Modwen Properties created a joint venture to upgrade the exciting quarter in Woolwich and provide a much-improved night time economy.
Sweco provided technical support and advice to the architects and the wider client team in relation to the design and layout. The public spaces will be used for deliveries and servicing, safely and efficiently servicing the building within beautiful shared spaces.
Sweco led pre-application negotiations with Transport for London, Greenwich Waste and Transport Officers, on this referable scheme. Sweco also produced the transport assessment, assessing the cumulative impacts of the development on the surrounding highway and public transport networks, travel plan, delivery, servicing and waste management plan.
