Sweco led pre-application negotiations with Transport for London, Greenwich Waste and Transport Officers, on this referable scheme. Sweco also produced the transport assessment, assessing the cumulative impacts of the development on the surrounding highway and public transport networks, travel plan, delivery, servicing and waste management plan.
