Our transportation experts plan and design highway networks that support economic growth and connect people, goods and services. We are at the forefront of the digital revolution – using technology to enhance our delivery and the safety and sustainability of our services across urban and inter-urban transport networks. Our team of over 250 professionals are located across twelve offices within the UK and Ireland, and operate through regional centres of excellence to deliver both local and national projects for a wide ranging spectrum of public and private clients. Working with our colleagues from transport planning and environment, we deliver schemes through the full lifecycle – from early business case through to construction supervision. At our core is an ethos that works collaboratively with our clients and partners and supports an inclusive and innovative environment.
Supporting design delivery on site, we provide temporary works design that facilitate unlocking the construction process.
Our temporary works engineers are experienced at providing practical engineering designs to support construction works. Working closely with contractors we provide a reliable temporary work design service from hoardings, pile mats to complex cofferdams, structural supports and scaffolding.
Our temporary works engineers also have considerable experience in assisting contractors in the demolition of structures. Works include developing methodologies for difficult demolitions and structural assessments when partly disassembled through to dealing with approvals for statutory authorities.
