Project story

Hartland Park extends to around 135 acres in total and is made up of three main parcels of land; Pystock North, The Howf and Bramshott Road. The application for the site created a new village destination. The village core would contain a central square and a village green around which high density residential homes and a primary school will be located. The scheme would provide approximately:

  • 1,500 new homes
  • Commercial/community space in village centre – 10,000-20,000 sqft
  • Two form entry primary school on site – 2.2 hectares
  • Centralised CHP

Sweco provided detailed noise monitoring and modelling of noise from roads, aircraft and adjacent commercial/research developments. This formed part of the detailed noise assessments required to support the Environmental Impact Assessment and Reserved Matters Applications.
