Complaints Policy (Building Control)

If you are dissatisfied in any way with Sweco’s Building Control service, please contact russell.conisbee@sweco.co.uk or ian.cropper@sweco.co.uk – alternatively, call +44 20 3002 1210.

We will investigate all the facts and circumstances associated with your complaint and provide a response within 10 working days of the complaint being received. If the complaint involves accessing archived information, then we will advise you and the response time will be extended to 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, please let us know and we will review our findings and issue a further response within 10 working days.

Once our complaints procedure has been exhausted and you feel that your complaint has not been resolved, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Health and Safety Executive, as per Protocol 2 of the Professional Conduct Rules for Registered Building Control Approvers. A copy of this document can be provided on request.
