We are highly experienced in the regulatory and statutory processes which underpin development planning in the UK, and cover every element of transport planning and traffic engineering for development, across all aspects of the RIB Plan of Work.
Our work ranges from feasibility studies, providing high level transport input into site layouts and masterplans, right through to detailed design and construction. Working alongside our client and their multi-disciplinary design team, we provide design input, prepare planning applications, including transport assessments, transport statements and travel plans. We also provide the transport input to Environmental Statements, negotiate associated planning conditions and legal agreements, and also discharge transport-related planning conditions and agreements.
We have built an enviable reputation in Local Development Planning and we contribute to the preparation of successful supplementary planning guidance and development frameworks. Members of the team are often called upon as expert witness at Public Inquiries and Planning Hearings.
