With each home designed for its own, often supersized plot, we ensured that safety was front of mind, without impacting the architectural statement that sets the site apart.

The scale of the homes necessitated particular care as foundations were laid. With a heavy load to bear, our team delivered insight and advice, working with Pringle Homes during this challenging but crucial stage.

This project marks our third partnership with Pringle Homes, having provided Approved Inspector services for the developer at Collinwood Gardens in Hutton (11 detached dwellings) and Pennington Gardens in Higher Bartle (13 detached dwellings).
